🔹 Introduction

Do you want stronger legs? Higher jumps?
This is where it begins.

In the first phase, your knees will start feeling better, and your legs will get stronger and more stable. From there, we build a durable base that can handle increasing loads and intensity.

The focus is on joint health and injury prevention. This is a continuous process, and throughout the program, you will reinforce your ligaments, tendons, and surrounding muscles.

In the second phase, once a strong base is established, we will ramp up intensity and volume. Your knees will become truly bulletproof – built for longevity, both on the court and in everyday life.
